THE PROFILE OF AIMS-BASC

The ADVENTIST INTERNATIONAL MISSION SCHOOL (AIMS) is one of the wings of the

BANGLADESH ADVENTIST SEMINARY SCHOOL & COLLEGE (BASC), established in

the year of 2013, focusing rapid growing industrial community to provide quality education and draw the community for Adventist Education under the leadership of visionary leader and architect of AIMS, Dr. Myun Ju Lee. Dr. Lee, the

South Korean citizen who was assigned as the College President of BASC. During his time, he assigned Dr. Anju Mondol as the coordinator of AIMS at the initial stage. On June 2013, Mrs. Latika Falia was assigned as a Vice-Principal and later she was as the Principal of AIMS. When beloved Dr. Lee transferred to BAUM as the President, another South Korean was succeeded as the President of BASC named Dr. Chong Ho

Yang, who was a prayerful man and dedicated leader, and carried forward to fulfill the dream of BASC by constructing one storied school building in 2016, The building was dedicated in the name of “Nam Soo Park” the wife of Dr. Chong Ho Yang, who had significantly raised funds for AIMS building. In 2020, Mr. Lukesh Raksham is appointed as the Principal of AIMS focusing for physical development, ensure quality education, and upgrade classes up to grade X. The growth of AIMS students’ enrolment and retention is increasing and demand for seats are craving due to suitable environment and spacious academic building for children’s movement. The statistical report of students’ enrollment is envious and satisfactory each year. The AIMS becomes the cash cow for BASC as it plans to support 30% of income for BASC development.
